I would like to welcome you to Excellence in Education (EiET). Based in the vibrant borough of Brent, EiET was founded in 2016. We passionately believe in the power of partnership with staff, parents and pupils to deliver an exceptional educational experience for our children.

Every school has its own context and challenges. We therefore encourage our academies to lead and manage in a way that preserves their individual identity and responds to the specific needs of their children and community.

My colleagues on the Trust Board, share my passion to give the best start in life to our children encapsulated in our mottos:

‘Inspiring children: Impacting the future’ and ‘Inspiring children to succeed.’  

Through our nurturing ethos, high standards of teaching and learning, and a broad curriculum across the trust, we help to prepare our children well for their future lives.

As a board of Trustees, we are instrumental in ensuring clarity of vision to frame our strategic direction; review educational performance and have oversight of financial performance at schools’ and trust level. As a Trust, we offer support and challenge to our schools, help them with staff development and succession planning and pool our resources to target schools’ priorities to maximise educational opportunities for all.
